Store Associate – Aura

About Aura
Aura is a growing streetwear and gymwear brand focused on confidence, discipline, and self-expression. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with customers and helping drive sales at events and retail locations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions.
Help maintain an organized and visually appealing display area.
Process sales and support customer service needs.
Represent the Aura brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Assist with setup and breakdown at events when needed.
Schedule
Approximately 3 workdays per month.
Typical shifts are up to 8 hours each.
Additional hours and events may be available for those who are interested.
Compensation
10% commission on sales generated.
Opportunity to increase earnings through strong sales performance and additional event participation.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products.
Sales experience is a plus but not required.
Passion for fashion, fitness, streetwear, or entrepreneurship is preferred.
